We want you to love your Dunkin' gear, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited-edition seasonal drops are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
